1. LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERAGE
We stand behind the superior engineering of all Cyber Force-branded products and accessories.
The Promise: If your device develops a defect in materials or workmanship during normal use, you are covered for life.
Definition: "Normal use" is defined as operation within the parameters outlined in our technical specifications, user manuals, and official service communications.
No Expiration: No time limits. Just ultimate protection for your investment.
2. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Our warranty is designed to cover manufacturing integrity. It does not cover damage resulting from neglect or failure to follow operational guidelines. Specifically, the following are excluded:
Wear & Tear: Natural degradation of consumable parts, such as protective coatings or battery health, unless caused by a defect.
Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or broken casing/plastic occurring after receipt, unless due to a structural failure.
Third-Party Interference: Damage caused by using non-Cyber Force components (chargers, straps, or software) that do not meet our technical specifications.
External Forces: Damage from accidents, abuse, liquid submersion beyond rated limits, fire, or other external disasters.
Unauthorized Modification: Any product modified or opened without written permission from Cyber Force.
Aging: Standard cosmetic aging of materials.
3. HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
If your gear fails, follow these steps:

Provide your Order Number and a detailed description of the malfunction.

Attach clear photographic or video evidence of the defect.

Follow the diagnostic procedures provided by our technicians to confirm eligibility.
4. RESOLUTION & REMEDIES
If a valid claim is confirmed, Cyber Force will provide one of the following solutions at our discretion:
Repair: Restoration of the product using genuine new parts that meet our quality standards.
Replacement: Provision of a brand-new unit of the same model. If the original model is discontinued, we will provide a model of equal or superior features (subject to your consent).
Store Credit/Refund: A refund of your purchase price or equivalent store credit if a replacement is not feasible.
5. STANDARD 60-DAY QUALITY SHIELD
Every purchase is automatically backed by our Standard 60-Day Shield. If any defect arises within the first 60 days of your retail purchase date, we prioritize an immediate exchange to ensure your setup remains uninterrupted.
