This is the revised Ambassador Terms and Conditions for Cyber Force. I have updated the branding, tone, and structure to reflect a modern, high-tech, and authoritative identity while maintaining all necessary legal protections.

CYBER FORCE AMBASSADOR TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. By submitting your application, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Cyber Force. You agree to be bound by these Ambassador Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"), which govern the relationship between you, as a participant in the Cyber Force Ambassador Program (the "Program"), and Cyber Force.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION. If at any point you wish to withdraw from the Agreement, you must immediately notify Cyber Force in writing.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • "Ambassador": An individual selected by Cyber Force to act as an elite promoter of Cyber Force Products via approved digital channels.

  • "Ambassador Accounts": The specific social media profiles identified in your initial application.

  • "Approved Media": Platforms currently authorized for Promotional Activities: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X (Twitter).

  • "Promotional Activities": The strategic advertising, marketing, and promotion of Cyber Force Products on approved accounts.

2. PROGRAM SCOPE

Upon selection, you become an integral representative of the Cyber Force brand. You agree to actively promote Cyber Force Products within the United States. You must comply with this Agreement, our website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any specific technical guidelines provided by the Cyber Force team.

3. ENROLLMENT & ELIGIBILITY

  • Human Status: You must be a real person. Use of "bots" or automated entry methods is strictly prohibited.

  • Accuracy: All application data must be 100% accurate. You are obligated to notify us of any changes to your status or contact info.

  • Geography: You must currently reside in the United States.

  • Verification: Cyber Force reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your eligibility at any time.

4. COMPLIANCE & ETHICAL STANDARDS

You agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, including FTC Disclosure Guidelines (e.g., using #ad or #CyberForcePartner).

You warrant that:

  1. You have not and will not purchase "fake" followers or likes.

  2. You will not manipulate engagement metrics.

  3. Your content is original and does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

5. AMBASSADOR PORTAL

You will be required to maintain a profile on the Cyber Force Ambassador Portal. It is your responsibility to keep your information current and log in frequently for updates and campaign briefs.

6. PROMOTIONAL OBLIGATIONS

Ambassadors are expected to use their best efforts to frequently engage in high-quality Promotional Activities, including:

  • Posting original photo/video content featuring Cyber Force Products.

  • Sharing your unique discount code to track conversions.

  • Maintaining a Public profile at all times.

  • Engaging authentically with the Cyber Force community and followers.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT OWNERSHIP

  • License to You: Cyber Force grants you a limited, revocable license to use our trademarks and logos solely for Program activities.

  • Ownership by Cyber Force: Any content (photos, videos, text) generated as part of this Program is considered "Work Made for Hire." Cyber Force owns all rights, title, and interest in this content.

  • Usage Rights: We may use, re-post, and exploit your content in our advertising, emails, sales pages (including Amazon), and social media in perpetuity without further notice or compensation.

8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

A breach of these restrictions results in immediate termination:

  • Spamming: Do not post discount codes on Reddit, coupon sites (RetailMeNot, etc.), or in the comment sections of other creators.

  • Offensive Material: No content involving violence, discrimination, or sexually explicit material.

  • Misrepresentation: Do not claim to be an official corporate employee or authorized dealer.

  • Reselling: You are strictly prohibited from selling the products provided to you through the Program.

9. COMPENSATION & COMMISSION

  • Free Gear: Cyber Force may provide complimentary products at its sole discretion.

  • Commission: Ambassadors in good standing earn a 10% commission on "Net Sales" generated via their unique link/code.

  • Net Sales: Total revenue received minus taxes, shipping, returns, and fraud-related charges.

  • Payouts: Commissions are calculated and paid on a monthly basis. Cyber Force reserves the right to adjust payout dates or final totals based on technical audits.

10. TERM & TERMINATION

  • Duration: This Agreement begins upon application submission.

  • Termination by Cyber Force: We may terminate your participation immediately, with or without cause.

  • Termination by You: You may terminate with thirty (30) days' written notice.

  • Post-Termination: You must immediately stop representing yourself as a Cyber Force Ambassador and cease using our Intellectual Property.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

You will have access to "Confidential Information" (product roadmaps, sales figures, marketing strategies). You agree to hold this information in the strictest confidence. This obligation continues perpetually after you leave the Program.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Cyber Force is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the total commission paid to you in the six (6) months preceding any claim.

13. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

You are an Independent Contractor, not an employee. You are responsible for your own taxes and insurance. You have no authority to bind Cyber Force to any contracts or legal obligations.

BY PROCEEDING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THE CYBER FORCE AMBASSADOR TERMS.
